Just a heads up -- I'm going back to "Please, Try Again" and editing a lot of the story, starting from the beginning. Fixing the grammar, errors, continuity of things I've changed over the years. So for those reading for the first time, or who are happening to reread it with the sequel starting, just know that if it looks a little choppy you may be on the chapter that I'm currently fixing. Nothing major should change, and if I add anything new I'll mention it.
In the memories you'll find a link to the stories I've written with all of the chapters neatly labeled. Please, Try Again and Save Yourself, for example. I really hope that doesn't come across as presumptuous, it's really not meant to. Thank you so much to everyone that I've seen sharing my story. Seriously, thank you!!

Though "Please, Try Again" officially ended with Chapter 30, this chapter is a transition chapter between PTA and the sequel. It's filled with letters that Frank wrote to Gerard in the three years between the two stories and never sent to him, along with various magazine clippings and emails.

Alright, I need a beta.
One for this never-ending final chapter of Please, Try Again that I can't seem to quite finish yet and am starting to notice really stupid mistakes that I'm making and catching randomly.
One for the sequel. Tentatively, it's called "Define Luck".
One for a new fic coming up. It's Gerard/Frank as well. It's a little scandalous. As of now it's called "Junkie".
So if you're good at English, can notice some stupid spelling errors that Word isn't picking up (forgetting an "ly" when needed, adding an "ed" when it's not needed, etcetera), and would like to offer feedback on different scenes of the chapters, please let me know in this post. I'll be sending you the chapters through my email.

I needed to get inspired again.
I haven't read my own story in over a year. I just kept updating and going from what I remembered, and slowly losing touch with it. It took so long to update because I had absolutely no idea what to do with it, and I was straining to finish chapters. I'm sure some of you who've been reading from the beginning have noticed the decline in quality.
I started re-reading it again today. Right now I'm starting Chapter 11 and remembering why I loved writing the story. Ideas have started flowing once more, and I'm feeling better about it than ever.
So I guess we'll see where this takes me now. No promises. But hopefully, you'll see an improvement in quality. You guys deserve it, the story deserves it.
If you're even still interested in the story- an apology, first, to how long this has taken me to finish. Second, thank you for still having some faith in me, for those that do.
